• Do you Sell Vouchers?

We have had lots of questions asking about vouchers so we plan to launch vouchers in February 2023!

• Can I combine discount codes?

No I am afraid you can only use one discount code with each purchase. 

• I’ve Just Found Maileg And Don’t Know Where To Start?

Welcome to Maileg!  

Its a tricky question to answer,  but is one that is probably asked the most.  Generally, I suggest deciding on your first little Maileg friend (Mouse, Rabbit, Bunny or Teddy) then look at getting something to help with pretend play such as food or a change of clothes.  The Big Brother/Sister Mice tend to have more clothes than Little Brother/Sister Mouse. 

We also have a few Maileg bundles we sell to help get you on your way, we try and change these each season. 

Good Tip: Baby Teddy, Micro sized rabbit/bunny and Big Sister/Brother all fit the same sized clothes so they can share what clothes you have. 

Maileg can make lovely birthday and Christmas presents - but it can be very addictive! 

• Can You Explain The Different Size Mice?

We have done some images on our Maileg Size page to help you, but the main mouse family includes Mum & Dad, Big Brother/Sister Mouse, Little Brother/Sister Mouse and the Baby Mouse/Twins/Triplets.  Grandparent mice are the same size as Mum and Dad so they can share clothes. 

Medium and Maxi mice are slightly separate as they are much bigger and their clothes/furniture do not mix.  All the clothes for the larger mice can be found on their own page here

• What Clothes Fit The Mice Family?

Mum, Dad and the Grandparent Mice all fit the same clothes normally labeled either for Mum Mouse or Dad Mouse.  Big Brother/Sister Mouse have clothes labeled for themselves and there are a few pieces for Little Brother/Sister Mouse. 

Baby Mice including the Twins and Triplets do not have clothes to fit them. 

Medium and Maxi mouse are much bigger than the main mouse family. They are on a separate page with their clothes to try and make it easier

Please make sure the clothes say the size of mouse you are looking for, if you are not sure what size mouse you have. The best thing to do is measure them and check our size guide  if you are not sure you can always send me a pic via IG with the clothes they came in and I will try and help. 

• What Clothes Fit The Rabbits And Bunnies?

Each size rabbit/bunny has their own page with the clothes that fit them to try and make it easier for you.  Just be aware the rabbits (ears pointing upwards) cant wear hats or bonnets.

The Micro Bunny and Rabbits fit the Big Brother/ Sister Mice size clothes. We have put the correct mice clothes on the Micro Rabbit/Bunny page to make it easier for you. 

MY Rabbits (smallest size) do not have clothes to fit them.

Please make sure the clothes say the size of rabbit/bunny you are looking for, if you are not sure what size rabbit you have. • What Clothes Fit The Teddy Family?

Each size teddy has clothes especially designed for them and they can be found on the Maileg Teddy Family page, just make sure it has the size teddy on the clothes information that you want.

Mum Teddy also fits a majority of size 2 rabbit clothing, Junior Teddy fits a majority of size 1 rabbits clothes and Baby Teddy fits the Big Brother/Sister Mice clothes and Micro sized furniture.  

• Which Bed Should I Get?

Mum, Dad and the Grandparent Mice fit the micro bed, as well as Big Brother/Sister Mouse.  The "mouse sized bed" is designed for the Big Brother/ Sister Mouse as well as Little Brother/Sister Mouse. 

Micro Rabbits and Bunnies fit the Micro sized cradles or cots, and these can be found on the micro size page. Little Sister/Brother Mice also fit the Micro sized furniture. 

MY sized furniture fits both the baby mice (including twins/triplets) and MY sized rabbits.

• Which Furniture Fits The Maileg Castle?

The MY and Micro sized furniture fits the castle well, we have put most of the furniture on the Royal Mouse Page.

The Mouse family - Mum, Dad and Grandparents, Big Brother/Sister Mouse, Little Sister/Brother and Baby Mice all fit the castle.  As well as the Micro sized Rabbits/Bunnies and MY sized Rabbits. 

Medium and Maxi mouse are too big for the castle and are separate from the main mouse family. 

• What Is The Difference Between A Bunny And A Rabbit?

The bunny family have floppy ears which makes wearing hats and bonnets easier.  The rabbit family have ears that stand up and therefore can not wear hats and bonnets. 

• What Age is Maileg Safe For?

A majority of the Maileg items are for 3 years+. This is because of the size of the small accessories. However the teddy family are from birth as well as some of the larger rabbits on bunnies.  Each item will let you know what age it is suitable for.  Maileg friends can always be used to decorate the nursery until your little one is old enough to play with their Maileg friends. 

• What Accessories Do I Need For The Baby Mice?

The MY sized rabbits are the smallest of the rabbit/bunny family and they fit all furniture labeled MY.  They do not have clothes to fit them.  The baby mice, twins and triplets also fit the MY sized furniture.
